Suzy Homemaker goes to college asked:

Hello!
I’m in the process of kinda “pimping out” my umbrella stroller in anticipation of a long trip overseas-
mostly functional however I still want it to look nice.
I’ve made my own stroller bag to hang on the back, made out of my husband’s old military uniforms.
Now I’d like to make a blanket cover for the stroller. I’m thinking the blanket should have little pockets within arms reach of my son so he can have his toys and sippy cup right there when he needs them. My only problem is choosing a material for the blanket.

My stroller is green, and my bag is pixelated camo (if you know what the current US Army uniforms look like, the bag is made from those materials).
I want to make the blanket out of fleece (so it won’t be able to match the bag, unfortunately), and I want the blanket to be boyish.

If you were me would you go with a solid color (such as black, blue, or green)?
Or would you go with a patterned material (such as green camo which would be similar but not match the bag or a sporty pattern, with like footballs on it)?
Any opinions greatly appreciated!

7Proud Muslimah8Beautiful Islam6 asked:

Can you please tell me where I can find some very good crochet patterns? I have loved doing this since I was a ******* and I like to make things to give to those less fortunate. During the summer, I crochet blankets to donate to the Salvation Army forthe homeless because winters here are brutal, and I’m sort of sick of this double crochet stitch I’ve been using. I’m ready to advance to patterns and such, so any ideas from sincere people would be appreciated. Thank you.
