Lol i bet he would perhaps just like a decent normal meal,get over yourself he is a terrier a dog!! and i love my dogs,maybe you need a different thing in your life to spoil,a dog is not the answer.

I would go for a fleece-lined raincoat. Old Navy carries them. They’re great for small dogs with thin fur!

But really – dogs have no conception of special days or holidays, and fancy custom items are for YOU, not the dog. Why not treat Pip to a fun day at the park?

Also, some of your ideas sound impractical or dangerous: some painted dog bowls are not dishwasher-safe, and handmade toys can easily become a choking hazard, and no dog needs “a ton” of toys – they need one at a time to keep up the novelty value of each toy.

Of course, if Pip is not already microchipped, THAT would be the ultimate present!

You might also gift a donation, in Pip’s name, to a shelter to benefit dogs not as lucky as Pip.

Lucky dog.
He wont give a stuff what day it is or what you have spent on him.
So get a new collar & lead so you can take him for a long walk on christmas day.You should already have a tag on his collar with your tel no & post code. Do not put his name as this makes it easier to dognap.
Then a good chew to munch on whilst you are eating your christmas dinner.
How about giving some of your hard earned cash to a dog charity to care for dogs who are not so lucky to be with a loving home.

I should think it would depend on what your puppy likes. Sometimes I buy my dogs a doggie pillow, or a toy, or a bone, or I crochet them a blanket. It just depended on that dog, and what they lilked. We do have christmas decorations with pictures of our dogs on them. We like that touch.

personally i think u shud really out do urself and get him everything! becos i can just tell that pipkin will want all them things and more! maybe his own house, or perhaps a bet of his own.. say a goldfish to live in the bath? since the budget is so amazingly tight, than perhaps u shud like sell ur brother or something to make up extra cash… overall i think u shud also order him a massive cake with “POLLY” wrote on it.. i am sure he wud like that..

I’d buy my dog a nice fur rug to sleep on in his bed – mmm cosy.

All those treat and customized stuff is crap for a dog – they can’t appreciate them because it is just a dog after all.

A good nights sleep – priceless.
