My husband is in the Army and we might get stationed in Germany and I am still debating on if I want to make that change. It’s only an option right now, so nothing is set in stone. I tried finding information online but didn’t get much information. I would just like to know what the language barrier is like.. Do I need to know the language to get by in every day life? How is the housing? Better to live on post or off? If there was an emergency with family in the states.. is it hard or complicated to get here ASAP? I also have 2 large dogs. They are Pit Bulls and both weigh about 80 lbs each.. Do they have laws against that breed like we do here? If it is possible I would take them with me because they are my children… They have been my company while my husband has been deployed or out in the field and they make me feel safe and protected.. like a security blanket. Any information that any of you might have would be SO great. I am new at all of this and really need help. Plus, my husband really wants this so I would like to be comfortable with the decision to make him happy.
